Ingredients


The Crust:

150g gluten-free flour

4g yeast, dry, quick rise

7g sugar, granulated

3g kosher salt

1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil

90 ml water

The Toppings:

½ cup gluten-free pizza sauce

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

¼ cup sausage, sliced

¼ cup red onions

¼ cup grape tomatoes, halved

¼ tsp. garlic powder

¼ tsp. dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe Steps


Step 1

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Step 2

combine the gluten-free flour, yeast, sugar, and kosher salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.

Step 3

Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until the dough comes together.

Step 4

Knead for a few minutes until the dough becomes smooth, then cover the bowl with a damp cloth and allow the dough proof until it doubles in size or 1 hour.

Step 5

Turn the dough onto a well-floured parchment paper, and roll it out to your desired thickness. mold the crust edges with your fingers and transfer the parchment paper to a pizza pan.

Step 6

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Step 7

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce. Add the cooked sausage, red onions, and tomatoes on top of the cheese. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the toppings.

Step 8

Bake the pizza in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
