2 turkey wings
2 turkey thighs
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. dried thyme
½ tsp. chili flakes
kosher salt, and black pepper, to taste

Pat the turkey pieces dry with paper towels.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, dried thyme, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper to create the spice rub.
