2 Tbsp. granulated sugar

1 tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. baking soda

½ tsp. kosher salt

1cup buttermilk, cold

1 large egg

2 Tbsp. melted butter or oil

1 tsp. vanilla extract

maple syrup (optional)

fresh berries (optional)

Recipe Steps


Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, egg, melted butter or oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Step 3
