1lb. gluten-free rigatoni pasta

2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

1 small onion, diced

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 cups tomato sauce

1 cup heavy cream

½ tsp. dried oregano

½ tsp. dried basil

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Recipe Steps


Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

Step 2

Cook the rigatoni pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the diced onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the tomato sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.

Pour in the heavy cream and stir until well combined.
