8 chicken drumsticks

2 red onions, sliced

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme

Salt and pepper, to taste
