I don't know about you, but I always find myself in a salad rut. Don't get me wrong, I love a good salad, but sometimes the same old greens and veggies can get a bit boring. So I'm excited to share my favorite salad recipe that's anything but boring: Spinach and Avocado Walnut Salad.

This salad has become a staple in the test kitchen and for good reason. It's packed with flavor, texture, and nutrients. And let's be honest, anything with avocado is automatically delicious, right? But what I love most about this salad is that it's so versatile. Mix and match the ingredients to your liking, add some protein like grilled chicken or tofu, and switch up the dressing based on your mood. It's the perfect canvas for a healthy, tasty meal that doesn't feel like a chore. So, let's dive into the recipe and shake up our salad game!
