2 slices gluten-free bread

2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

4 Tbsp. cream cheese, softened

6 slices cucumber, ¹⁄₁₆ inch thin slices

black pepper, to taste

chilli flakes, to taste

Recipe Steps


Step 1

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on both sides of each slice of bread.

Step 2

Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown and crispy.

Step 3

Once the bread is toasted, spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each slice.
