4 slices of gluten-free bread

4 slices of bacon

1 ripe avocado, sliced

4 eggs, large

Salt and pepper

2 Tbsp. butter

4 leaves of lettuce

Recipe Steps


Step 1

Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel or cooling rack to drain.

Step 2

Crack the eggs into the same skillet and cook to your desired level of doneness—season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread or bagels in a toaster or on a separate skillet.

Step 4

Once the bread is toasted, spread a thin layer of butter on each slice.

Step 5

Place two leaves of lettuce on one piece of bread followed by a few slices of avocado.

Step 6

Lay two slices of bacon on top of the avocado.

Place two fried eggs on top of the bacon.
