1 stick unsalted butter, melted

2 cups granulated brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp. vanilla extract

½ cup gluten-free flour

¼ cup powdered milk

½ cup cocoa powder

¼ tsp. kosher salt

3 Tbsp. water

½ cup chocolate chips

2 Tbsp. avocado oil

Recipe Steps


Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 8x8 inch baking pan.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, whisk the melted butter, sugar, eggs, avocado oil, water, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Step 3
