1 Tbsp. (2g) butterfly pea flowers, dried

¼  tsp. (0.5g) dried lavender

1 cup hot water

1 Tbsp. lavender syrup

12 oz sparkling water 

1 lemon, sliced

½ grapefruit, sliced

¼ cup sweetened cream

Ice cubes

Recipe Steps


Step 1

Brew the butterfly pea flowers and dried lavender in hot water for about 2 minutes. 

Step 2

In a separate cup, add lavender syrup. 

Step 3

Pour sparkling water over syrup. Stir well to dissolve syrup.

Step 4

Add lemon and grapefruit slices to the cup. Allow the citrus flavors to infuse gently. If you prefer a less fizzy drink, you can substitute fresh water for sparkling water.

Step 5

In a separate cup, froth the sweetened cream until it doubles in volume. 

Step 6

Add ice cubes to your serving glass. Pour the citrus-infused sparkling water first to about halfway of the glass. Slowly add the brewed tea over the sparkling water to create a beautiful color gradient.

Step 7

Gently top with the frothed cream, allowing it to float and form a creamy layer on top. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing blend of citrus, floral notes, and creamy texture.
