Ingredients
2 Tbsp. rosebud flowers, dried
1 cups water, hot
1 Tbsp. earl gray tea, loose-leaf
1 Tbsp. caramel syrup
¼ cup heavy cream
1 Tbsp. simple syrup
7-8 cubes coconut water ice
caramel shards, garnish
Recipe Steps
Step 1
Begin by steeping the dried rosebud flowers in hot water for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Introduce the dried loose-leaf Earl gray tea to the pot containing the rosebud flowers, allowing the blend to brew together for an additional 3 minutes.
Step 3
In a separate cup, pour the caramel syrup, adjusting the quantity based on how sweet you like your latte. The caramel syrup adds a rich, buttery sweetness that will complement the floral and tea flavors.
Step 4
Add the heavy cream to the cup with the caramel syrup. Use a frother to whip the mixture until it doubles in volume, creating a thick, luxurious foam that will add a creamy texture to your latte.
Step 5
In your serving glass, pour in the simple syrup, adjusting the sweetness according to your preference.
Step 6
Place 7-8 cubes of coconut water ice into the glass.
Note: The coconut water ice will add a refreshing chill to the drink. If you prefer a more traditional latte, plain ice cubes are also an option.
Step 7
Pour the brew over the ice, leaving space for the caramel cream foam.
Step 8
Top the glass with caramel cream foam.
Step 9
Garnish the latte with bite-sized pieces of caramel shards. This adds a crunchy texture to your drink and enhances the caramel flavor. Enjoy!
