Sweet Treat

Ever find yourself craving something chocolatey but can't be bothered with a ton of steps or clean-up? Yeah, me too. That's how this recipe was born. Over at the Brimly Test Kitchen, we're all about making gluten-free and soy-free recipes that don't taste like cardboard. This one hits all the right notes.

Made in a simple, humble skillet, this recipe is a breeze. I'll do you one better: If you have a well-seasoned cast iron skillet, you can make the entire recipe in just one pan. Mix everything right in your skillet, use a nice silicone spatula to combine the ingredients, and pop that skillet into the oven—minimal cleanup required.

Once we nailed this recipe at the test kitchen, we cooled it for a few minutes, topped it with indulgent toppings, and dove spoons-first into that skillet. What a tasty treat that was! We can't wait for you to give this recipe a try. If you do, let us know your thoughts in the comments below. Enjoy!

At Brimly, we take pride in presenting you with the finest products that our editors independently handpicked. In the spirit of transparency, we want you to know that we may earn an affiliate commission when you purchase something through the retail links below.
