Ingredients


1 large ripe mango, peeled and diced

½ cup fresh or frozen mixed berries

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

¼ cup honey

½ cup coconut milk

Recipe Steps


Step 1

In a blender, puree the mango until smooth. Set aside.

Step 2

In the same blender, puree the berries until smooth. Set aside.

Step 3

Whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and coconut milk in a medium bowl until smooth.

Step 4

Fill popsicle molds with alternating layers of the mango puree, berry puree, and yogurt mixture until the molds are full. Then, use a skewer or knife to swirl the layers together.

Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.

To unmold the pops, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds until the pops loosen and slide out easily.
