2 large apples, fresh
1 Tbsp. sugar, granulated
1 tsp. cinnamon, powder

Recipe Steps
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
Step 2
Wash and dry the apples. Depending on your preference, you can peel them or leave the skin on.
Step 3
Using a mandoline or a sharp knife, slice the apples into thin rounds, about ⅛ inch thick. Remove the seeds and core from each slice.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.

To prevent sticking, line the bottom of the air fryer basket with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Then lightly spray the apple slices with cooking spray on both sides.

Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the apple slices, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Then arrange the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don't overlap.
